Although training and change management are very important processes that must exist and be applied permanently in a company, especially with the technological changes we are currently experiencing, they are more crucial during system implementation projects.

Unfortunately, in most of these projects these processes are underestimated, not giving them the real importance they have. This generates several problems during the project life cycle, for example, in terms of change management, there are stakeholders who do not understand the objective of the project, do not know the times of the project, do not know the participants and their roles, do not they are properly integrated, often there is a lack of commitment and motivation, among other inconveniences that the lack of this important process can bring.

Regarding training, we generally realize how important this process is at a critical moment in the project, which is prior to going live, and we no longer have much time to manage the problem.

The problem is insufficient training and training of end users in the new system, which generally results in a rather bumpy and stuck live output.

It is crucial to consciously plan the training, take the appropriate time to execute it (not just a few days), put together the Curriculum, a key element of the training, which generally serves as input to take the test cases of the comprehensive tests.

With the possibility of knowing for each of the assigned users if they have seen the material, and most importantly if they have understood, since they have individual evaluations.
